Ingredients
•1 cup ravva(sooji)
•1 cup grated coconut
•2 cups of milk
•1 cup sugar
•1/2 cup cashew powdered
• 1/2 tsp elachi
•2 tsp ghee (to fry ravva)
Method
Fry rava by adding 2 tsp ghee for some time,grind the coconut with a cup of milk into a coarse paste.
Take another cup of milk and add sugar and bring it to a boil i.e until the sugar is dissolved.
Then add the coconut paste,ravva,powdered cashew and mix well and keep stirring into Burfi's consistency.
Pour out into a ghee greased plate let it cool some time, and cut into the shapes you desire .
