Nepal egg and veggie pizza

INGREDIENTS

*1 cup rice floor
*water as needed
*potato as needed
*dryed peas (Soak before 24 hrs)
* banana pepper
*eggs 1
*coreander leaf
*onion dryed (chopped lengthy
*onion green
*jalapenos
*pure butter 1/2 bar
*salt
*jeera powder
*red chilly powder

Method :

Boil the potatos and mash it with salt, jera power, red chilly powder, coriender leaf, green chilly, green onion,

put the rice floor in a bowl add the water and 2tsp of oil mix it well as like thick dough (like making the spring roll dough).

take the frying pan and pour little oil and then dough as round dosa. low heat the gas put the potaoto as sprinkle as pizza and sprinkle the vegs like banana pepper jalapenos,   pour the whole egg on the top sprinkle with coriender leaf and green onion. cover with non vapour pan .

just look at the nepali pizz it's good to eat on hot

(Other way of base

Mix rice flour, eggs, water and a pinch of salt to make cake-like-batter. Heat butter over a pan. Pour  some batter and spread out into a thin crust. Cover the pan and cook just on one side for few minutes. Don't turn onto the other side now put some toppings as you like as above let it cook 2 mints )

 Note : Here rice flour base is like dosa shape but more thicker than dosa

Mock bread pizza

Ingredients :

* 12 slices White bread
* 4 tbsp Sooji
* 2 chopped Capsicum
* 6 tbsp Milk cream
* 2 Onion- finely chopped
* 2 Tomato-finely chopped
* Salt to taste
* Pepper to taste

Method :

 In a bowl, add the sooji, capsicum,milk cream, onion, tomato, salt ,pepper and mix well.

 Keep the above ingredients for 10 minutes.

 Spread the above mixture on one side of the bread slice.

 In a non-sticky pan over the low flame, place the bread slice applied by the sooji mixture.

 Cook the bread for 1-2 minutes until lightly crispy.

 Flip the other side of the slice and cook for a minutes until crispy.

 Serve hot with the tomato sauce.

paneer,vegetable pizza

Ingredients:

Pizza base :

*all purpose flour/maida-1cup
*fast acting dry yeast-1/2tsp
*sugar-1/2tsp
*salt-1/2tsp as per required
*1/2 cup of lukewarm water
little amount of flour to roll the pizza base

Topping:

*75 to 100 gram Paneer (12 to 15 medium pieces)
*1 tbsp plain Yogurt
* 1/2 tsp Tandoori masala
* 1/2 tsp Ginger-garlic Paste
* 1/4 to 1/2 cup Onion, thinly sliced
* 1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper, sliced thinly
* 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, Sliced thinly
*  1/4 Olives sliced
* tamatoes slices few
* jalapinoes few
* 1/2 to 3/4 cup mozerella shredded Cheese
* pizza sauce-1/4thcup






Method:

Pizza base :

Take luke warm water in a bowl and add yeast n sugar as per requirement and mix well for minute with spoon ,cover the bowl and stand aside for 10 minutes,the mixture will become frothy with in 5-10 minutes.

Take another large bowl for making dough,take 1 cup flour and add salt pour the frothy mixture in to this bowl and also  add little amount of oil to this and  start kneading for 5-8 minutes.

Dough should be smooth and elastic,greese the dough with oil and put it in the same large bowl and cover the bowl with towel/cloth/plastic sheet(cloth should squezed in the hot water) to cover properly.

keep it in a warm place,let the dough aside for 1 1/2 hr to 2 hr to ferment,let the dough rise like double  in size by 2 hrs in the bowl.

Take dough on a rolling board,knead and punch the dough to remove air bubbles,use little oil or flour to avois stickyness.

Pre heat the oven to 400F/230C,roll the dough in to 1-2 inch thickness brush the oil on the surface of the pizza base .put toppings on the base.

now the base ready for toppings,after toppings keep the pizza pan inside oven for 15 minutes.

here is the procedure for topping..
 Paneer Topping :

1) Make a mixture of 1 tbsp Yogurt + ½ tsp Tandoori masala + ½ tsp Ginger Garlic Paste and marinate Paneer pieces with this mixture. Set aside for 15 minutes.

Combining all the Items

 Preheat oven to 480 F (250 C)

 Spread Pizza sauce evenly over Pizza base

 Then sprinkle little Cheese shreaded (mozirella cheese)

Rub gently little salt to all cut vegetables. Spread these vegetables over Pizza base

 Then add Marinated Paneer Pieces and sprinkle remaining cheese

 Bake for 15 minutes or until surface become very light brown.

Indian pizza (with out oven use)

Ingredients :(15 minutes preparation)

* 1 cup Maida
* 2 teaspoon Yeast
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* water required amount
* tomato sauce
* grated cheese
* vegetables for toppings

Method :

Take the yeast and baking soda and mix it with five teaspoons of warm water.

Mix it until it is a paste. Mix the paste, some more warm water and maida to make a dough.

and leave it for 10 minutes.

Take the dough and roll it into big ball / balls and make it like roti - round in shape and it should be thicker (atleast 1/2 inch).

Now put the pizza roti in a pan (dosa or chappathi pan). spread butter in the corner and close it with a lid. Put the stove in sim.

Meanwhile take some oil in a pan, add the spices and vegetables required for toppings and fry it until it is boiled.

Once the pizza roti is fluffy, take the vegetable fry and grated cheese and spread it on the roti.

now the delicious roti is ready. use sauce for serving along with pizza.
