Ingredients :
* 12 slices White bread
* 4 tbsp Sooji
* 2 chopped Capsicum
* 6 tbsp Milk cream
* 2 Onion- finely chopped
* 2 Tomato-finely chopped
* Salt to taste
* Pepper to taste
Method :
In a bowl, add the sooji, capsicum,milk cream, onion, tomato, salt ,pepper and mix well.
Keep the above ingredients for 10 minutes.
Spread the above mixture on one side of the bread slice.
In a non-sticky pan over the low flame, place the bread slice applied by the sooji mixture.
Cook the bread for 1-2 minutes until lightly crispy.
Flip the other side of the slice and cook for a minutes until crispy.
Serve hot with the tomato sauce.
