MANGO-SHAKE - A refreshing Indian summer drink.This is a delicious, refreshing, and easy-to-make drink for hot summer days.
INGREDIENTS: 12 OZ
1 lb mango pulp
3 cups whole milk
1.5 Tbsp sugar
6 ice cubes
METHOD :Put half of the mango pulp, 3 cups of milk,
add 1.5tbsp of sugar, and 6 ice cubes into the blender.
Blend until smooth. Granish with chopped cashews or almonds on top.put milk shake some time in the refrigerator.
Serve chilled.

Ingredients:

• 3 cups seed-less Watermelon (peeled, cut into small pieces)
• 1-1/2 tsp Sugar
• 3 tbsp Skimmed Milk
• Ice Cubes
Method :
Blend watermelon pieces, sugar and milk in a blender. Refrigerate.
Pour the prepared drink into serving glass, add ice cubes and serve
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 medium banana, peeled sliced and frozen or left over ripen bananas
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 tsp horlics for extra taste(optional)
- Almond nuts for topping decoration
- Ice cubes few 5-6
- 1 tsp sugar
Method :
In a blender, combine milk, banana,ice cubes, vanilla and almond extract. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or almond nuts and saffron, if desired.
Note :Wrap sliced banana in plastic wrap or place in a freezer storage bag. Freeze several hours or overnight.
Decorate topping with wipped cream if you desired more look n tasty
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 1/4 cups fresh lemon juice
- 7 cups cool water
- 2 cups ice
- 3/4 cup blueberries
Method :
Boil one cup of water with the sugar in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring until the liquid becomes clear. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
Pour 7 cups of cool water and ice into a serving pitcher. Add the lemon syrup and blueberries; stir until you get a 'hot pink' color.
Ingredients
- 1 apple - peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
Method :
Place the apple, milk, ice cream, and sugar in a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve cold!
Ingredients :
- 100 grams fresh ginger root
- 2 kgs sugar
- 6 limes / lemons (extract the juice)
- 3 pieces cinnamon
- 6 litres water
Method :
Peel and wash the ginger root and cut into thin strips. Put the ginger pieces, sugar and cinnamon together and bring to boil on high heat.
Lower the heat, then simmer for atleast 2 hours on low heat till the water reduces and the mixture becomes slightly thick and coloured.
Remove from heat then add the lime /lemon juice and mix well. When cold, strain through a thin cloth.
Bottle and use as a digestive after all the heavy Christmas fare. This wine lasts for 3 months in a refrigerator.
