- Boiled rice ----- 1 cup
Take 2 cups of oil in pan, heat oil for 5 min. Mean time take a bowl and add boiled rice in it.
Add corn flour and All purpose flour in it. Add onion pieces and green chillie pieces in it.
Add ginger garlic paste in it. Mix well and add salt and red chillie powder as per your taste.
Add sufficient water in it as required. Mix well and make into small balls.
Dip the balls one by one in the heated oil. Fry balls till balls comes to light golden colour.
After balls comes to golden colour, Turn off the heat.
Take out the fried balls in to the paper tissue plate,it absorbs excess oil
Rice bonda is ready to serve .
