Add ragi flour and rice flour,ravva and Add water in it up to sufficient ravva dosa consistency.
To the above dosa batter add salt,cumin seeds,green chillies,cilantro and mix well.
Now take a pan and heat it for 2 sec, add 2 spoons of ghee on the pan.
Spread batter on pan with laddle very thickly . Now add ghee on the sides of it.
Roast it for 2 sec. Now see it by turning it back.
Take dosa on a plate and serve it with coconut chutney or ground nuts chutney.
Enjoy the very tasty and crispy ragi flour dosa.
