Mixed flour roti

Ingredients:


Wheat flour – 1oz
Pearl millet flour – 1oz
Chickpea flour – 1tsp Fenugreek leaves – 1oz/30gm  (chopped)
Curry leaves – 5 sprigs (chopped)
Green chilies – 1 no (chopped)
Coriander leaves – 1/2 oz(chopped)
Turmeric – 1 pinch
Chilly powder – 1 pinch.
Curd – 1oz/20 gm
Sesame oil – 1 spoon
 salt – to taste

Method :

Sieve wheat flour, chickpea flour and pearl millet flour

Add other ingredients to it

Add water and knead to make soft dough.

Divide the dough into equal balls

Now, roll out the dough into chapattis.

Roast till golden brown on both sides.
 
It is suitable diet for : 


Diabetics ,Obesity ,Heart disease ,A good diet for children
