*Wheat flour – 50 gm
*Capsicum – 20 gm
*Coriander leaves – 10 gm
*Carrots – 20 gm
*Beans – 10 gm
*Green gram dhal – 20 gm
*Onions – 10 gm
*Cabbage – 10 gm
*Plantain stem – 10 gm
*Sesame oil – ½ teaspoon
Prepare the dough using wheat flour. Set aside for ½ hour.
Cook and mash green gram dhal. Grate the vegetables and steam them for 5 minutes
Mix the green gram and vegetables. Roll out a thin chapatti
Stuff the chapatti with some vegetables Cover this layer with another thin chapatti.
Cook on a pre-heated tawa/griddle/pan on both sides till golden brown
serve with some yogurt,raita,currys,chutneys
