Ingredients :
*Besan/Gram flour-1/2cup
*Rice flour-1/2 cup
*Sooji ravva-1/2 cup
*Termeric pinch
*salt
*Green chillies and ginger paste
*cumin seeds-1tsp
*finely chopped onions-1 onion
*Sesame seeds/poppy seeds
*Hand ful of coriander leaves
*grated carrot(optional)
*chopped spinach (optional)
*chopped tamatoes(optional)
all the optional vegs are for extra taste made as your choice.
Method :
Mix all the ingredients of flours along with salt,cumin seeds,greenchilli-ginger paste,turmeric with water mix properly.
Add the water to the dosa batter up to required consistency.
mix the chopped onions,sesame seeds,chopped cilantro to the batter and kept aside.
Take tawa/pan heat it and spread dosa batter with ladle as round and add little more oil around the dosa..
Generally more oil needed to this dosas than usual,now topping with grated carrots,onions,tamatoes,spinach etc on top of the dosa as your taste..(optional).
It is similar like ravva dosa little variation can b seen.
serve hot dosas with chutneys.
