* Toor dal- 1 cup
* Bengal gram dal- 1 cup
* Moong dal- 1 cup
* Raw rice- 3 cups
* Urad dal- 2 table spoons
* Red chillies- to taste
* Jeera – 2 table spoons
Wash rice and dals and soak them for 4 hrs. Then grind them little coarsely adding chillies, jeera .
Now ada batter is ready to make tasty and crispy adas. Just add salt to that batter and if you want you can add red chilli powder if you want more spicy.
Put dosa on tawa/griddle fry on both sides by putting oil around dosa..
Note: After grinding immediately you can use the batter. Good to serve with coconut chutney.
