- Milk --- 2 cups (500 ml)
- Sugar --- ½ Cup (120 ml)(as you required)
- Water --- ½ Cup (120 ml)
- Junnu Gaddi / Agar-Agar / Chaina Grass --- 10 gms/1packet

- Cashewnuts --- 1 tsp.
add saffron while it is boiling.
Transfer the china grass halwa in to a plate. let it cool for some time then it forms tight,Once the halwa is set , cut in to pieces .
