INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 tbsp pepper
- 1tbsp jeera
- Few curry leaves
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- A very small piece of dry ginger(optional)
Powder ingredients coarsely.
Add this powder to cooked rice with 2 tsps ghee. Very tasty and healthy rice
