- 1/2 pound Okra (Bendakaya)
- 3 green chilli
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Few curry leaves
- 3-4 tsp vinegar
- 3/4 to 1 cup Besan(according to your taste)
- 1 tsp red chilli
- salt
- Oil for deep frying
Method :
Cross Cut Okra (Bendakaya) into 1/2 inch pieces.See the picture you can better understand.
Add cumind seeds,chopped green chilli,chopped curry leaves,cashew nuts,salt,red chilli powder,vinegar.Mix it well.
Wait for 2 mts.Now add besan (senagapindi) to the mixture.
Add few drops of water if required,Don't add too much water that spoil your preparation.

Heat oil in a pan for deep frying,Once hot add the mixture to it,Let them turn to brown color.remove from pan and spread on tissue paper which absorbs the excess oil.
Serve hot with some chutney or ketch up for kids..
