*1 ripe mango/ cup mango pulp
*1 cup of whole milk
*½ cup of regular yogurt
*2 tablespoons of sugar
*1 cup ice-cold water
*whipped cream for decoration (optional)
*almonds/ any nuts minced 2 tsp
Method :
Cut the mango into small pieces. Blend it or use mango pulp store bought.
Add yogurt, sugar, and water and blend it all for about 2-3 minutes or until you see a little foam forming in the mixture.if you ass yogurt this will be a lassi.
Instead of yogurt add milk n the remaing preocedure is same as above for milk shake,so for milk shake traditionally milk should be added.
now pour the milk shake or lassi in to the Tumbler .put some minced almonds/cashews/some nuts powder to this.
put some whipped cream on top of this shake for extra decoration or taste
Serve chilled.
