Ingredients :
*Kandi Pappu(Toor dal) - 1 cup
*Pesara pappu(Green gram) - 1/2 cup
*Pachi Senaga Pappu(Bengal gram) - 1/2 cup
*Minapappu(Black gram) - 1/2 cup
*Red chilly powder - 1-2 spoons
*Cumin seeds - 3/4 spoon
Method :
Toast all the lentils (dals) separately till leave a good toasty aroma.
Then grind everything including cumin with some salt.
Kandi podi is ready.serve with any upma variety or it goes well with rice n ghee
