*Sooji- 2 cups
*Bengal gram dal - 1 table spoon
*Mustard seeds- 1/2 table spoon
*Grated carrot -1/2 cup
*Fresh Peas – 10 to 15 no.s
*Curd- 2 cups
*baking soda- 2 table spoons
*Salt – to taste
Heat pan and take little oil in that then put dal,mustard seeds and fry them and add sooji and fry that for 5 to 10 mins. till the raw smell goes. Now let the sooji cool .
Add salt, curd to that fried ravva and add required water to make idli batter and Add baking soda to that batter.
Now grease the idli mould and spread grated carrot, peas on the mould and then put batter in the idli mould and cook that for 10 mins. Colourful sooji idlis are ready.
Note: Takes very less time to make and no need of prior preparation. These are instant idlis
