CARROT RICE

Ingredients :

* Cooked rice – 2 cups
* Oil – 2 tbsp
* Ghee – 1 tbsp
* Boiled aloo – 4 nos
* Carrot grated – 1 cup
* Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
* Salt – to taste
*Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
* Ground nuts, cashewnuts and curry leaves.



Method:

Take oil and ghee together in a kadai and heat it. Now fry boiled and diced potatoes till those turn into red clour then add grated carrot and fry for 5 mins.

 Now add salt and redchilli powder and cooked rice to the aloo, carrot curry and fry for 10 mins. and then put out the stove and add lemon juice.

Finally add fried ground nuts and cashew nuts and curry leaves.
