Ingredients:
* Butter milk- 1 cup,
* Rice flour – 1 cup,
* Green chilli , jeera and salt paste- 2 tbspns,
* Salt- to taste,
* Coriander chopped- 1 tbspn,
* Oil- to deep fry.
Method :Method:Take a thick bottom vessel and boil sour buttermilk till one boil comes now switch off the stove and add green chilli paste, salt and rice flour.
Now mix it thoroughly and close the lid for 10 mins.
Now you will get a dough like chapathi dough ,then add coriander to that dough and applyling oil t o your palms make small ball in marbles size.
Now you can deep fry these pakodas in oil.
Crispy pakodas are ready to serve with some ketchup or sauce.
