*Sandwich bread loaf – 1
*Ginger garlic paste – 2 table spoons
*Green chillies – 4 nos.
*Onions chopped – 1 cup
*Grated carrot – 4 table spoons
*Peas boiled – 4 table spoons
*Tomatoes chopped – 1 no
*Garam masala – 1 table spoon
*Oil - 2 table spoons
*Ghee – 2 table spoons
*Coriander finely chopped – 4 table spoons
Cut each bread slice into 6 pieces and sprinkle little salt water on the bread pieces.
Now heat oil and ghee together in a kadai then fry onions chopped and green chillies for 5 mins.
and then add ginger garlic paste, grated carrot, tomatoes chopped fry well. Next you should add boiled peas, salt, garam masala powder in the kadai and stir well.
Finally add bread pieces in the kadai and without closing the lid cook for 3 to 5 mins. and now garnish with coriander
