Gobi rice


* Cauliflower cut into small florets -1 cup,
* One Onion - finely chopped,
* Green Chillies- 2 slit,
* Cooked Rice -2 cups,
* Salt to taste,Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp,
* Cumin seeds- 1/4 tsp,
* Urad Dal- 1 tsp,
* Oil- 2 table spoons,
* Dried Red Chillies- 2,
* Coriander Leaves and coconut  grated for garnishing.

Method :

Cook Rice separetly and keep aside. Heat Oil in Kadai, When it is hot add Mustard, Cumin and Urad, dried Red Chillies and Green chillies.

Let the colour of Dal change little then add onion and fry well. 

Nowadd Gobi pieces, Fry till done, Add cooked rice and mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves and little coconut grated let it on stove  for few minutes..

Now hot hot gobi rice is ready to serve

serve with any hot sauces or chilli sauces or some kurma type gravy.
