Ingredoents :
* 1 large beetroot
* 2 medium onions
* some oil to fry
* 2 cups rice
* 4 cups water
* urad dal
* corriander powder
* garam masala
* fresh corriander leaves
* salt, a little turmeric and green chillies
Method :
wash 2 cups of rice in water add 4 cups of water and cook grate beetroot and add some salt and leave for 10 mins
chop onions long , chop green chilles long . drain exceess water in beetrrot.
fry urad dal, corriander powder, salt, turmeric and a littele chilli powder in oil till golden brown
add chopped onions add green chillies and beetroot all all water to evaporate
spread cook rice to cool. by spreading on a shallow bowl mix fried ingreidents with rice uniformly
Granish with corriander leaves serve with raitha and papad.
