- 1 cup capsicum, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup paneer (cottage cheese), cut into thin strips
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup baby corn,sliced
- 1/2 cucumber,sliced
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup bean sprouts
- 1 small tomato, deseeded and sliced
- 1 teaspoon onion seeds (kalonji)
- 1 teaspoon oil
- salt to taste
Heat the oil and add the onion seeds.Add all the vegetables and salt and saute on a high flame till the vegetables are tender.
Add the paneer and sauté for another minute.add little amount of black pepper on the fry..
Remove from the flame and serve immediately. try before serving sprinkle lemon juice over the fry for a an extra taste
You can add 3 colours of capsicum (yellow, red and green).
