Beans vada

Ingredients:
  • Beans pieces(boiled) - 2 cups(Any Green beans)
  • Onion pieces -1 cup
  • Green chillie pieces - 1/2 cup
  • Chana daal 2 tsp
  • Salt - as required
  • Oil - as required
  • Ginger garlic paste -2 spoons
  • Curry leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Method :

 Take boiled beans(i used frozen G.beans) in a cup and make into a paste. After making this into a paste, take into a bowl.

 Take a pan and heat it for 2 sec. Pour 2 cups of oil in it. Heat oil for some time.

 Add onion pieces and green chillie pieces in it,. Add salt in it as per your taste.

 Add ginger garlic paste also in it. Add curry leaves and coriander leaves in it.Add split chana daal also.

 Mix well and make this mixture into small balls. Now make the balls into small rounds by tapping with fingers on it.

 After making small rounds, dip one by one all rounds in the heated oil.

 Fry the rounds by turning vada on both sides. Fry the rounds till the vada comes to golden brown colour.

 After frying vada, turn off  the heat. Take the fried vada in  to a plate and serve.
 Its a Delicious snack item beans vada,Serve hot with ketchup or Pappula pachadi(dosa chutney).

Note : If the beans mix is too watery then put the mix in the fridge for some time take it out then u can add  rice flour some thing to make the mix little solid..
