Ingredients :
* 4cup all purpose flour
* 1 tsp sugar
* 1tsp baking powder
* 1/2tsp salt
* 1/2 cup oil
* 1 egg beaten
* 1/2cup plain yogurt
* 1/2 cup all purpose flour
* 1/4 cup oil
Method :
In a large bowl combine all flour with sugar,baking powder and salt add 1/2 cup oil and mix well.
Add egg and yogurt and knead to form dough.set aside,covered for 2 hrs.
Divide the dough in to 6 balls each about size of a golf ball or bigger.
Flatten the balls and sprinkle both sides lightly with the flour.
Roll out to about 12 inches in diameter.
Heat a skillet or tawa over medium heat and cook one parata at a time placing al ittle of oil along edges n over the parata.
cook the parata on each sides untill golden brown.
serve hot with some side dish.
