Idly batter vada(andhra spl punugulu)

Ingredients:

IDLY BATTER - 1CUP
GREEN CHILLES - 2 NO
CORIANDER LEAVES - A
PINCH CH0P
TURMERIC - A PINCH
MAIDA FLOUR - 2TBSP
CURRY LEAVES - A PINCH CHOP
OIL - FOR DEEP FRY
SALT - TO TASTE


Method:


1. TAKE ONE CUP OF BATTER
2. ADD CHOPPED ONION,GREEN CHILLIES, CURRY LEAVES, TURMERIC, MADIA FLOUR AND SALT TO THE BATTER.
3. IF NESSESARY ADD WATER TO THE BATTER
4. MIX WELL THE BATTER
5. HEAT OIL IN THE KADAI THEN ADD SPOON FULL OF BATTER FRY WELL IN BOTH SIDE.
6. SERVER WITH CORIANDER CHUTNEY.
